Captain: 100-ton licensed Master. Responsible for operation of the vessel, directs crew and ensures safety among passengers. Must have knowledge of local waterways and must obtain all required licenses/certifications from USGC.
Mate/Deckhand: Responsible to work alongside the Captain to ensure safety and security of passengers aboard the vessel. Responsible for ensuring passengers board and disembark the vessel safely, line handling, and providing outstanding customer service.
Tour Guide: Responsible for narrating the tour fluently in English and Spanish. Must be able to narrate comfortably in front of a large group of people while entertaining passengers aboard the vessel. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Bartender: Responsible for attending the bar and serving guests drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks. Cash handling experience and outstanding customer service is key in this role. Outgoing, professional, friendly and courteous personality. Must maintain company sales quotas expectations.
DJ: Responsible for entertaining passengers on our weekend dance cruises. Must have advanced knowledge of equipment and provide latest music trends, along with the ability to play music according to the requests from passengers on board.
Ticket Seller: Responsible for providing fast, friendly and outgoing service to our customers. Cash handling experience and outstanding customer service is key in this role. Ability to multitask and exceed customer needs by providing exceptional service. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
