Miami Skylift - Balloon Ride

At last, Miami is proud to introduce a public elevated sightseeing platform for viewing the city like never before! This unique balloon ride is called the Miami Skylift and it is located at Bayfront Park, in downtown Miami.

The Miami Skylift gives you the best vantage point to see the beautiful Biscayne Bay. At approximately 500 feet, the view is incredible creating amazing vistas of downtown Miami, Star Island, Miami Beach, Fisher Island, Biscayne Bay and glimpses of the Everglades. You will enjoy soaring through the sky and have fun searching for your South Florida home or looking to find your South Beach hotel.

This passenger carrying helium balloon is tethered by a high tenacity steel cable attached to an electrical winch system that extends to elevate the balloon up to 500 feet. During the approximate 15-minute guided ride, up to 30 passengers will enjoy an exhilarating view of downtown Miami.
